  • 蛇年願望 Resolution of CNY

    蛇年有甚麼事情要做?
    一、每天工作最多十小時;
    二、每星期兩次運動,一次跟私人教練做負重和伸展運動,一次是帶氧運動;
    三、每天看書半小時;
    四、每天喝水八大杯;
    五、每天至少睡覺六小時;
    六、每天要有一次餓的感覺,進餐只可七成飽,每晚九時後不進食;
    七、以每日三餐計,每星期有四餐全素;
    八、每星期蹓狗兩次;
    九、每星期跟朋友瘋狂聚一次;
    十、每天跟太太、Choco、Zero和自己說一遍「我愛你」。

    What should be included in my resolution in the Year of Snake?
    1. Work only at most 10 hours a day;
    2. Exercise twice a week, once with PT for weight training and stretching, once for aerobic exercises;
    3. Read half an hour a day;
    4. Drink 8 glasses of water a day;
    5. Sleep at least 6 hours a day;
    6. Feel hungry once a day, eat to 70% full each time, do not eat after 9:00pm;
    7. For 3 meals a day, eat vegetarian 4 times a week;
    8. Walk the dogs twice a week;
    9. Have crazy gathering with friends once a week;
    10. Say “I love you” to Sandra, Choco, Zero and myself once a day,
